ANDREA MILES

Andrea Miles, the Chief Legal Officer for the Midwest region, is a distinguished trial attorney whose focus on wrongful death and serious injury cases has cemented her reputation as a fierce and compassionate advocate. Her journey to becoming one of the leading voices in her field is underscored by her Texas roots and rigorous academic background—earning her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. With licenses to practice in Arizona, Illinois and Texas, Andrea is equipped to handle cases that span state borders, giving her clients unparalleled representation in complex legal matters.

As a trial attorney, Andrea combines skill, intuition, and experience essential for wrongful death and severe injury cases. Her empathy and strategic acumen allow her to craft compelling case narratives and present complex information clearly, making her a dynamic and formidable advocate in the courtroom.

Her public service career began before law school in the office of then-State Representative Eric Johnson, now Dallas Mayor. These roles, along with her work as a nonprofit board member, deepened her commitment to advocacy and community-focused leadership.

Andrea supports DREAM Events, which includes the mentoring program “An Open Letter to Young Professionals” (OLYP). OLYP hosts quarterly networking events, connecting recent graduates with prominent African-American professionals across diverse fields, offering young professionals valuable mentorship and insights.

She also directs efforts in “Christmas Tree Jubilee, Inc.,” a nonprofit that raises funds annually for causes supporting vulnerable populations, benefiting organizations such as Genesis Women’s Shelter, Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center, and Buckner Foster Care. Through this work, Andrea channels her advocacy into meaningful community support.

Andrea Miles exemplifies leadership that transcends the courtroom. Her commitment to justice, community, and mentorship demonstrates a holistic approach to law that is as inspiring as it is impactful.
