ANDREA MILES
Andrea Miles is the Managing Attorney at The Witherspoon Law Group, where she provides strategic oversight of case development and firm operations from intake through resolution or transition to litigation. Her work focuses on wrongful death and serious injury matters, where she is actively involved in building strong, well-positioned cases and guiding them toward meaningful outcomes.
Andrea is known as a fierce advocate and a compassionate voice for individuals and families navigating complex and life-altering circumstances. She earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Texas and Illinois, as well as in state court in Arizona.
Andrea combines experience, strategy, and intuition to position cases for strong outcomes while maintaining a client-centered approach. She is committed to clear communication and ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Beyond her legal practice, Andrea leads the Witherspoon Community Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the firm, which focuses on hosting community events and supporting youth sports initiatives. Through this work, she remains dedicated to creating opportunities and resources that positively impact the communities she serves.
