Linjê Rivers is the Chief Legal Officer of the Southeast region, where he focuses on wrongful death and serious injury cases.

Linjê obtained a record setting jury verdict for $37,951,887.00. Linjê handles a wide variety of the firm’s cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, representing clients who were injured through the negligence of others. Linjê routinely presents cases in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Linjê spent years as a trial attorney with a boutique law firm specializing in the areas of personal injury and general civil litigation matters. Linjê also worked as an Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Financial Services and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, practicing before Florida State Trial Courts and Appellate Courts.

Linjê earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in both Accounting and Economics from Morehouse College in 2006. Thereafter, Linjê earned his Juris  Doctor from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law in 2009.

Linjê is a member of the Florida and Georgia bars, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts, Georgia State courts, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Florida.
