Linjé Rivers is the Chief Legal Officer of the Southeast region, where he focuses on wrongful death and serious injury cases.

Linjé obtained a record setting jury verdict for $37,951,887.00 Million. Linjé handles a wide variety of the firm’s cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, representing clients who were injured through the negligence of others. Linjé routinely presents cases in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Linjé spent years as a trial attorney with a boutique law firm specializing in the areas of personal injury and general civil litigation matters. Linjé also worked as an Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Financial Services and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, practicing before Florida State Trial Courts and Appellate Courts.

Linjé earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in both Accounting and Economics from Morehouse College in 2006. Thereafter, Linjé earned his Juris  Doctor from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law in 2009.

Linjé is a member of the Florida and Georgia bars, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts, Georgia State courts, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Florida.
